We are a team of highly experienced clinicians specialising in the treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our work is grounded in evidence-based practice and collaborative care with referrers.  We provide telehealth-based eating disorder and mental health care to clients across Australia.

Who can refer

Referrals are welcome from:

  • General Practitioners (GPs)
  • Paediatricians
  • Psychologists and psychiatrists
  • Allied health professionals (e.g. dietitians, occupational therapists, social workers)

Eligibility

We accept referrals for adolescents aged 12 years and over and adults across Australia.

Limited in-person sessions may be available in Perth depending on clinician suitability and availability.

Who we support

We support individuals and families experiencing:

  • Eating disorders (AN, BN, BED, ARFID, OSFED)
  • Body image concerns
  • Anxiety and co-occurring mental health difficulties
  • Perfectionism
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Co-occurring ADHD or autism spectrum disorder
  • Complex presentations requiring specialist eating disorder care

How to refer

Referrals can be submitted via email: 

Please include:

  • Referral letter and relevant clinical information
  • Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment Plan (if applicable)
  • Relevant risk information
  • Previous treatment history or reports (if available)

What happens next?

  1. Our team reviews the referral information
  2. We contact the client to discuss suitability and availability
  3. Intake and assessment appointments are arranged
  4. Ongoing communication with referrers occurs where appropriate and with consent
