- Introductions
- Morgan Psychology Pty Ltd: ABN:36 661 665 907 (Morgan, we, us, our) is a mental health service, which provides services and products through the Morgan website (Website), through online telehealth consultations (Telehealth), through our physical practice at 24 Richardson Street, West Perth, Western Australia (Practice), and through our recovery toolkits (recovery hugs, recovery kits, toolkits, kits), collectively referred to as Platforms.
- At Morgan we:
- Create and link to high quality information about various aspects of mental health through our Platforms; and
- Offer confidential consultations between individual clients and/or families and our Registered Australian health practitioners either at our Practice or through Telehealth; and
- Offer supervision and training services for individual practitioners or groups of practitioners with our Registered Australian clinical psychologist supervisors through our Platforms; and
- Create unique products and programs intended to support clients and clinicians to stay grounded in treatment.
- Our registered Australian practitioners are approved by the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Authority (AHPRA) to deliver assessment, treatment, supervision and training for mental health difficulties.
- Our Clinical Psychologists have trained for at least 6 years and hold a Master of Clinical Psychology degree, with most having completed at least 8 years of training and holding both a Master of Clinical Psychology and Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) degrees.
- It is important you are aware that our Platforms, such as our Website and Recovery Kits and any communication you have with Morgan representatives do not constitute medical advice. You should always obtain medical advice from a mental health practitioner or your regular practitioner to ensure the advice is suitable and safe for you.
- When you seek consultation with one of our Registered Australian health practitioners, they will provide advice that aligns with their training and field of expertise. All clinical consultations are able to advise you on suitable and safe treatment options for your mental health, that align with Australian and international guidelines for the treatment of mental health.
- Using Morgan services and products
- You can pay for orders for online products and services directly through the Website through our Stripe payment option..
- For consultations with our practitioners for assessment, treatment or supervision:
- A medical practitioner can send a referral directly to Morgan via admin@morganpsychology.au, which may allow you to access sessions under the Medicare better access scheme.
- If you are over 18 years, you can also self-refer and either pay in full or claim a rebate privately through your private health insurer.
- For anyone under 18 years of age, we require a parent or guardian to also attend the initial consultation.
- You must reside in Australia to access a consultation with one of our practitioners for services delivered via telehealth or at our practice.
- Payment via invoice can be arranged for individuals or services seeking group supervision, by mutual agreement.
- Payment is required on the day of the service and can be arranged by direct deposit, stripe payment, or cash.
- You must be capable of entering a legally binding agreement with Morgan
- You must agree to these Terms and Conditions
- When you contact us, your referring medical practitioner will share personal information about you, including for instance, your name, age, date of birth, gender, contact details and sensitive health information. If you self-refer, we will also collect this personal information from you. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is up to date and complete.
- You agree that all information provided to Morgan will be accurate and complete and that you will not omit any information that a reasonable person would consider relevant to the services you seek.
- It is your responsibility to advise your regular doctor of any treatment you are receiving from Morgan. However, we will also forward information to you regular doctor on your behalf if you have been referred by a medical practitioner and, in accordance with Medicare requirements and AHPRA reporting requirements.
- Unsubscribe
- If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from Morgan information alerts, please email us at admin@morganpsychology.au to advise us of this.
- Services
- Morgan takes no responsibility and makes no warranties, express or implied, in relation to the content of any consultation between you and our practitioners. You and your practitioner are responsible for the conduct of each consultation and all information or communications made.
- Our practitioners have the same obligations to you regardless of whether you are attending via Telehealth or at our Practice. We are required to make notes of each consultation with you and to hold and maintain your records as required by law.
- Morgan does not guarantee that a consultation with our practitioners is suitable for you.
- Intellectual Property
- All material on the Platforms, including the text, information, graphics, trading names, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (Content) is owned by or licensed to Morgan. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish, scrape or store Content for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of Morgan, or as permitted by law. All rights of Morgan are reserved.
- Linking and Third Party Content
- You must not link to, frame or mirror any part of the Morgan website without Morgan’s written authorisation. To discuss partnership opportunities please contact us at admin@morganpsychology.au
- The Morgan website may contain links to or display the content of third parties (Third Party Content), including links to websites operated by other organisations and individuals (Third Party Websites). Third Party Content and Third Party Websites are not under the control of Morgan. We do not endorse, approve or make any warranty or claim regarding Third Party Content, Third Party Websites or the products, services or information available on any Third Party Website, or in respect of the owner or operator of a Third Party Website or their conduct. If you use or rely upon Third Party Content or Third Party Websites, you do so solely at your own risk.
- Your conduct
- You must not:
- use the Morgan website in breach of any applicable laws or regulations;
- use the Morgan website for commercial purposes (including for competitive advantage or to the competitive disadvantage of Morgan);
- use the Morgan website to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others;
- interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Morgan website;
- upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any material that:
- is not your original work, or which may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person;
- is, or could reasonably be expected to be, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or otherwise unlawful, including material that racially or religiously vilifies, incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, fertility status, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability;
- include an image or personal information of another person unless you have their consent;
- you know or suspect, or should reasonably know or suspect, to be false, misleading or deceptive;
- contains large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content; or
- contains financial, legal or other professional advice.
- Without limiting the above, you will not and will not permit a third party to:
- use any method or process (including data scraping, web-bots, collection or accumulation tool, robot, spider or scripted responses) for the purpose of obtaining, processing, copying, replicating, distributing, reconfiguring, republishing, viewing, assessing, analysing, modifying or replacing the Content;
- use, obtain, or attempt to obtain from the Platforms, information in order to identify or discover pricing, underwriting, rating and related business methodology or systems; and
- do anything which will or may damage, disrupt access to or interfere with the proper operation of the Platforms.
If you believe that a user has breached any of the above conditions, please contact us.
- Morgan reserves the right to block or suspend any user of its website, and to modify or remove any material uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise made available on the Morgan website by any user, without notice. You agree to indemnify Morgan and each of the officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers and licensors (collectively Affiliates) of Morgan in respect of any liability, loss or damages (including all legal and other costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered or incurred by them arising (in whole or part) out of the breach of or failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, or any other default or wrongful conduct in relation to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions, on the part of you or any of your Affiliates.
- Morgan is not responsible for, and accepts no liability with respect to, any material uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise made available on the Website by any person other than Morgan. Morgan does not endorse any opinion, advice or statement made by any person other than Morgan.
- Cookies
- A cookie is a small text file stored in your computer’s memory or on your hard disk for a predefined period of time. We use cookies to identify specific machines in order to collect aggregate information on how visitors experience the Website. This information will help to better adapt the Website to suit customer requirements.
- We may use third-party vendors to show our ads on sites on the Internet and serve these ads based on a user’s prior visits to our Website. We may also use analytics data supplied by these vendors to inform and optimise our advertising campaigns based on your prior visits to our Website or the websites belonging to members of our group.

- To the extent permitted by law, Morgan is not liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, which may result from your use of or failure to access the Morgan website, the content contained on the Morgan website or due to the fact that Morgan website content is wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- To the extent permitted by law, Morgan disclaims any liability arising from the actions of Partner Practitioners, Partner Companions, or Partner Providers. The liability for the actions of Partner Doctors and Partner Providers, including advice provided and prescriptions ordered, prepared and filled through the Platforms, rests solely with those third parties providers.
- All health related queries should be directed to your clinical psychologist and not to Morgan. Their contact details will be provided to you by contacting admin@morganpsychology.au
- Warranty and Disclaimer
- By accessing our Website, you assume all risks associated with their use, including but not limited to the risk that your computer, software or data may be damaged by any virus transmitted by the Platforms or by any Third Party Content or Third Party Website.
- To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and claims (whether express or implied) arising out of or in any way connected with the Website and their use are hereby excluded. By accessing our Website, you agree to indemnify Morgan and each of its Affiliates for any loss, damage, costs or expenses whatsoever suffered by any person or entity arising out of or in any way connected with your access to the website.
- Morgan makes no guarantee that the products and services provided through the website are fit for your intended purpose. All products and services provided through the website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

- Morgan Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscription Charges
Morgan offers products and services that can be purchased on an automatically renewing subscription basis. For subscription-based products and services, your payment will be billed at regular intervals, as described during the checkout process, until your subscription plan is complete or your plan is cancelled. All prices listed are inclusive of GST and shipping costs are calculated at check-out and detailed where relevant.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to- admin@morganpsychology.au

When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for and will not receive future orders under that subscription, subject to the Order Refunds section below.
Order Refunds
Generally, we are not able to issue refunds for orders on the day they are processed.
Subject to rights that cannot be waived under Australian Consumer Law, cancellations after the Refund Cutoff Time will not be subject to a refund.
The Refund Cutoff Time is 11:59pm the day before the applicable order processing date of your subscription.
In some circumstances, if you cancel your order after the Refund Cutoff Time you may receive a refund. Those circumstances are:
- Morgan cannot fulfil your order due to lack of stock
- a product or pricing error is identified
- a product is faulty
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be made using the payment method you used for the original transaction. We cannot process refunds to alternative cards or payment methods.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If you think your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact admin@morganpsychology.au and we will be happy to assist.
